Festa Qualifies 4th for the Freedom 100 at Indy

Indianapolis, Ind. –  Chris Festa in the Formtek/CareCentric car number 51 posted his fast lap of 48.8194 seconds and a top speed of 184.353 qualifying 4th for the Freedom 100 at Indy.
